Service Guarantee - Property Management
Our aim at Inspire Real Estate Solutions is to provide you with the highest level of property management service at an affordable price. We will do our utmost to ensure that your landlord experience is pleasant and enjoyable.
To support this aim and in consideration of the trust you have placed in us, we offer the following guarantee:
- We will contact all our existing prospective tenants who are looking to rent within your investments price range and location.
- A quality photograph will be taken for promotional purposes.
- A high quality and high visibility signboard will be installed on your property.
- We will place your real estate asset on our Internet site www.findinspire.com.au and as a standard listing on the REA website www.realestate.com.au.
- We will provide you with regular advertising reports.
- Regular progress reports will be provided throughout the marketing periods including comments received during or after inspections. (Group/Private).
- A phone call, sms or email will be sent to you after each inspection (Group/Private) within forty-eight (48) hours.
- We will process all written applications obtained from prospective tenants/occupants and present within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt.
- Regular contact will be made throughout the course of each financial year of management.
- Routine Inspections will be carried out on a quarterly basis. All reports will be sent in writing and supporting photographs will be attached in print.
- Should we fail to perform in any of the above areas, we ask that you contact us in writing or via the website. If the complaint is not acted upon and rectified within fourteen (14) days after receipt of your letter/email/online submission, you have the option to cancel our agency agreement immediately or receive the next two (2) months free of management fees.
