Request Maintenance

All repairs must be advised in writing, by the tenant, to us, as soon as is possible. Please complete this Maintenance Request and return it to our office.

Please be aware that all repairs are subject to Owner’s approval.

Upon receipt we will contact the owners seeking approval for a representative of our office, the lessor of our selected tradesperson to be directed to either effect the repair or quote on the job for the owners approval.

Please include all information about you, your address and the maintenance problem that you are reporting to enable us to action your request.

Approval to enter via agency key with tradesperson to advise tenant of the day of entry directly.

Tenant to be present. Tradesperson is to call tenant to arrange time

 

*Please be aware that if the tenant arranges a time with the contractor but is not home as arranged, the tenant may be responsible for the call out fee charged. Please ensure a nominated person is at home to allow access.
