Our aim is to provide you with the highest level of service to achieve the successful sale of your real estate asset. We will do our utmost to ensure that the sale process is a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
To support this aim and in consideration of the trust you have placed in us, we guarantee to perform the following activities:
- We will contact all our existing purchasers who are looking to purchase within your investments price range and location.
- A quality photograph will be taken for promotional purposes.
- A high quality and high visibility signboard will be installed on your property.
- We will place your real estate asset on our Internet site www.findinspire.com.au and as a standard listing on the REA website www.realestate.com.au.
- Regular progress reports will be provided throughout the marketing period including comments received during inspection (Group/Private).
- We will provide you with regular advertising reports.
- We will present all written submissions obtained from prospective purchasers.
- A phone call, sms or email will be sent to you after each inspection (Group/Private) within forty-eight (48) hours.
- Should we fail to perform in any of the above areas, we ask that you contact us in writing or via the website. If the complaint is not acted upon and rectified within fourteen (14) days after receipt of your letter/email/online submission, you have the option to cancel our agency agreement immediately.
